Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the return and exchange policy below.

Return and exchange period

You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have any return requests, please contact our support team before you return a product. We will provide you with a detailed return address. We have multiple warehouses and addresses in the United States, China, and Europe, so we need to automatically match the warehouse for returns based on your purchase address.

If your return or exchange request is accepted, we will send you a return-permission email with instructions on how and where to send your package. We have warehouses at multiple addresses in multiple countries, and we will provide you with a return address based on the actual situation. We do not support return shipping labels at this time. We do not accept items returned without a return request.

Return and refund conditions

The product has quality issues.
The item was returned undelivered.
The shipment has not been delivered for more than 90 days.
Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and unused. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required

Special offer, clearance or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

Exceeding the return and exchange time limit: We have a 30-day return and exchange policy. Please apply for return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.

The product has obvious signs of use: If the purchased product has been used and has obvious signs of use, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incomplete Items: Any item that is not in original condition, meaning it is damaged or has parts missing due to no fault of ours.

Products customized according to customer wishes: For some customized products or products with special instructions that do not support returns and exchanges, once produced or shipped, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Virtual goods and services: such as transportation insurance, expedited shipping, etc. No refunds will be accepted after the items are shipped.

Product Misunderstandings and Price Misunderstandings: Misunderstandings about product listings despite being clearly marked as non-discounted items.

Exchange policy

Product exchanges are subject to return conditions and are responsible for related shipping costs. For international exchanges, customs duties and import taxes may be involved. These fees are typically borne by the consumer and may vary by country.

Please note that the return shipping costs in the following situations shall be borne by the consumer!

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. The reasons caused by the consumer include the following:

  • 1. The customer personally thinks the product does not meet expectations.
  • 2. The customer personally thinks the size is too small or too large.
  • 3. The customer personally thinks the color does not meet expectations.
  • 4. The customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer needing the product.
  • 5. The customer ordered the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
  • 6. The customer did not read the product description thoroughly and was surprised by features or specifications.

Item is damaged or wrong

If the item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receipt.

Follow our steps to start a return

  • Step 1: Please read our returns policy above to determine if your order is eligible for a refund/return.
  • Step 2: Submit inquiries to info@simprolos.com, including your reason for return. If it is a quality problem, please attach a photo to the email so that we can quickly deal with the problem for you.
  • Step 3: We will determine the amount of refund you are eligible for based on the reason for your return and the items in your order.
  • Step 4: We will provide a return address and shipping label instructions. If you do not follow our instructions, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
  • Step 5: You ship items at your own expense. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid labels. Please print your order confirmation email and include it in your return package.
  • Step 6: Notify us by email that you have shipped the package and provide us with the tracking number of the package.
  • Step 7: We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be made back to your original method of payment.

Please Note: We do not accept any unapproved returns or packages.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
